James L. Dagan Sr., 71 of Adena, Ohio passed away Tuesday evening at the Cleveland Clinic.Jim was born Nov. 11, 1935 in Chandler, Ohio, son of the late Gus and Flora Nation Dagan.He was a retired employee of the Scio Pottery, working in production and as a tool sharpener.He was also a U.S. Army Veteran.Jim is survived by his wife Demaris (Barnhart) Dagan of home, his children; James L. Dagan Jr., of Statesville, N.C., Keith (Melissa) Dagan of Adena, Robert (Rita) Dagan of Georgetown, Dale (Wendy) Dagan of Adena, Lori Ayers of Colliers, WV., Kenneth Dagan, Henry Dagan, and Michael Dagan all of Adena. His sister, Ruth (William) Verhovic of Rayland, and his two brothers, Jack (Joyce) Dagan of Martins Ferry and John Wayne (Darlene) Dagan of Adena.13 Grandchildren and 2 Great-Grandchildren.Friends and family may call on Friday evening from5 - 9 pm. at the J.
