James C. Hibbard, 75, of Steubenville (Pleasant Hill), OH, passed away Friday March 13, 2015 in Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Jim was born Jan. 12, 1940 in Beaver, PA, son of the late Joseph and Claire Beckwell Hibbard.

Jim was retired from the former Crucible Steel Corp, in Midland, PA and he was Catholic by faith

In addition to his parents, Jim was preceded in death by two brothers, Joseph and Bobby Hibbard.

Surviving are his wife, Jo Ellen (Mossor) Hibbard; two sons, Jimmy Hibbard of TX, Mike Hibbard and his fianc Rosemary Glendon of VA; his daughter, Tammy Hibbard and her fianc Enrico Chiesa of PA; his sister-in-law, Jayne Hibbard of New Jersey; two grandchildren, Brittney Dent and Madisyn Mason and two great-grandchildren.

Visitation for Jim will be held on Monday, March 16 from 10 am to 12 noon at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, OH. Following visitation there will be a graveside service at Center Chapel Cemetery in Pleasant Hill at 12:30 pm.
