Jane C. Hughes, 58, of Steubenville, Ohio formerly of Toronto, passed away Tuesday Jan. 27, 2009 in the Emergency Room of Trinity Medical Center West. Jane was born Aug. 22, 1950 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Clifford and Florence Morgan Hughes. Jane was a long time resident of Shaffer Plaza in Steubenville.Jane is survived by her three brothers, Richard "Dick" Hughes, Jerome "Jerry" Hughes both of Toronto and Robert (Lois) Hughes of Steubenville; Jane is also survived by her aunt Jean Orsini of Toronto, two nieces and two nephews. A private family service was held Friday at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto. Father Thomas Vennitti provided the service for the family.
