Jeffery E. Waldo Carothers, 59, of Dillonvale (Bradley), OH, passed away Thursday, April 19, 2018 at his home.

Waldo was born Nov. 8, 1958 in Steubenville, OH, son of the late Lewis Ernest and Anna Mae (Brown) Carothers.

He was retired from Vans Scrap Metal, he loved working outside in his yard and he was a member of the Friends Church in Smithfield, OH.

In addition to his parents, Jeff was preceded in death by three sisters, Betty Mae Fellows, Ruth Weber and Alice Lee Sidley; three brothers, Bernard, Donald and Robert Carothers.

Jeff leaves behind his wife, Tina M. (Whitacre) Carothers; his son, Joseph (Morgan) Carothers; three step-children, Cody Whitacre, Kayle ONeall and Amanda ONeall; three sisters, Sue, Patricia and Dottie; six brothers, Joe, Elvis, Warren, Fred, Tom and Bruce; three grandchildren, Miley DaGrava, Marissa and Ainsley Carothers.

Family and friends will be received on Monday, April 23 from 11 am til the time of his funeral service at 1 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. Rev. Mark Carpino will officiate his service and his burial will be held at the convenience of his family.
