Jefforey M. Maffett, 28, of Jackson, GA, died November 29, 2014 as a result of an automobile accident in Georgia.

Jeff was born Jan. 7, 1986 in Pensacola, FL, son of Shannon Maffett and Tammy Glenn.

He is survived by his mother and step-father, Tammy Glenn and Wayne Rogers of Jackson, GA; his father and step-mother, Shannon and Faith Maffett of Cherokee, KS; his son, Blayke Maffett Logan of Girard, KS; his brother, Patrick Basehore of Albany, GA; his sister, Heather (Ian) Caldwell of McDonough, GA; step-brother, TeJay Rogers of McDonough and step-sister, Jamie Guay of Greenville, SC; maternal grandparents, Frank and Nadine McEwen of Toronto, OH and Ed and Cindi Glenn of Sugarcreek, OH; paternal grandparents, Clifford Buzz and Eddie Gayle Maffett of Toronto, OH; maternal great-grandparents, Ruth Hanlin of Bloomingdale, OH and Juanita McEwen of Steubenville, OH.

There will be a memorial visitation held on Friday, December 12, 2014 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH from 11 am 1 pm followed by a memorial service for Jefforey at 1 pm. Rev. Bill Hibbs will officiate the service and a private burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.
