Obituary
Jeffrey L. Conley, 65, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Sunday, January 18, 2026, in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH.
He was the son of the late, Marvin and Alice (Janoski) Conley.
Jeff leaves behind his daughter, Brittany Hayman, son Zack (Ashley) Conley and five grandchildren, Lydia and Lynay Marchbank, Lynn Hayman, Ava and Tanner Conley.
Honoring Jeff's wishes, he will be cremated and no services will be held. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. www.jefosterfh.com
