Jennifer Lee Sperry, 40, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2025, in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville.

Jenn was born February 28, 1985, in Steubenville, daughter of Jon and Darlene (Willis) Sperry.

Jenn was a 2003 graduate of Edison High School. She received her bachelor's degree in nursing from the Franciscan University in Steubenville, where she later was a nursing instructor.

She started her career as a pediatric nurse for WVU Wheeling Hospital before moving to the NICU where she was currently working as a NICU Nurse Practitioner on the second floor Women and Children Services wing.

Jenn was currently an assistant swimming coach for the Steubenville Big Red Swim Team. She also taught swimming lessons, was a certified lifeguard instructor, and a former assistant coach for the Edison Swim Team. Jenn was a member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Steubenville.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, Darold Willis and Dorothy Willis, paternal grandparents, Jon "Jack" and Sandra "Sandy" Sperry, great-grandparents, Leroy and Myrna Barcus and great grandmother, Grace Sperry.

In addition to her parents, Jon and Darlene of Stratton, OH, Jenn leaves behind her daughter, Kailyn Grace Sperry of home; brother, Jon "BJ" Sperry, II of Stratton; grandmother, Cindy Willis of Dover, OH, and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 3 from 3 PM to 7 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto where services will take place Friday at 11 AM. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate and burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto.
