JerryFrancis Lease, 63of Toronto, Ohio passed away Friday Nov. 3, 2006 in the Carriage Inn of Steubenville. He was born Aug. 3, 1943 in Cumberland, Md., son of the late Harry Stewart and Mary Lease Haines.Jerry was a retired painter with the Federal Government, working mostly in the Pentagon. He was preceded in death by his son, Jerry R. Lease in 1991. Jerry's request was to be cremated and have his remains placed with his son's in Maryland. J. E.
