John Jeep Grayzar, 83, of Piney Fork, OH, passed away Monday March 7, 2016 at the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.
He was born Sept. 1, 1932 in Follansbee, WV, son of the late Anton and Bertha (Kukulyan) Grayzar.
John was retired from the former Satralloy plant in Mingo Junction, OH. He was a member of the Piney Fork American Legion and the Pine Valley Sportsmen Club.
John was an avid sports fan and gardener and he loved communing with nature.
John served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Tracy Juliano and brother, Tony.
Surviving are daughters Connie Grayzar of Fairfax, VA and Jennifer Grayzar of San Francisco, CA; a sister, Mary Mitzie Boruta of Salisbury, MD; a son-in-law, Paul Juliano of Mars, PA; two grandchildren, Michael and Alexandria Juliano.
Honoring Johns wishes, there will be no public funeral services. Following a family committal service, he will be laid to rest at Olive Branch Cemetery in Harrisville, OH. Johns arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH.
