John T. 'JT' Hannan, Jr. 61, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday Sept. 11, 2024, at Country Club Manor in Steubenville, OH.

JT was born Oct. 24, 1962, in Steubenville, son of the late John T., Sr. and Edith L. (Owens) Hannan.

He was a 1980 graduate of Toronto High School, an Eagle Scout, and a Veteran of the US Army having served his country for seven years.

In addition to his parents, JT was preceded in death by an infant brother, Howard and brother, Matt Hannan.

Surviving are three sisters, Kitty (Ray) Ferguson of Wintersville, OH, Amy (Mickey) McGrath of Toronto, and Jill (Gary) Wickham of Bloomingdale, OH, along with several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday Sept. 15 from 2 PM to 5 PM at Foster Funeral Home in Toronto where a service will follow on Monday at 10:30 AM. Rev. Dr. Clint Quillen, Jr. will officiate with interment in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto. Military Honors will be presented at the cemetery by the Toronto American Legion Post #86.
