John E. Kemp, 77, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday Oct. 5, 2012 in Trinity Medical Center West Steubenville, OH. John was born Nov. 13, 1934 in Colliers, WV, son of the late William and Olive Newland Kemp.John was a retired Manager from Air Products and Chemical Co.In addition to his parents, John was preceded in death by two brothers, William and Glenn Kemp, his sister Norma Lee Fabian and by his grandson Dino Ruggieri.Surviving are his son Daniel Kemp of Follansbee; two daughters Jane (Daniel) Tucker of Woodsfield, OH, and Pamela (John "Jr.") Iams of Toronto, OH; three grandchildren, Nickolas Tucker, John Tucker and Kelly Jo Zadrozny; one great-grandson Logan Zadrozny. John is also survived by two sisters, Margaret Whipkey of Weirton, WV and Faye Lynn Glover of CA; one brother Lawrence (Winnie) Kemp of Colliers, WV.Visitation for John will be on Monday Oct. 8, 2012 from 6-8 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, OH. Services will be held on Tuesday at 1pm with Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating his service.
