John Delbert Ruttencutter, 67, of Bloomingdale, Ohio passed away Monday December 15, 2008 in East Ohio Regional Hospital.John was born Oct. 13, 1941 in Wheeling, W.Va., son of the late Roy Ruttencutter and the late Alma Shreve Morgan. John was a retired Boilermaker's from local #154 in Pittsburgh, was a member of the Smithfield Methodist Church and the Mingo Sportsman's Club. In addition to his parents John was preceded in death by two brothers Fredrick and Paul.Surviving are his wife of 44 years Betty Jean (Matthews) Ruttencutter, two sons Jon D. and Jay D. Ruttencutter both of the home, one daughter Stacey Brooks of Columbus, Ohio, a half brother Richard Morgan and a half sister Flora Louise Ellis. John also is survived by six grandchildren. Friends and family may call on Thursday December 18th., from 4 to 9 pm. at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield, Ohio ; where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. Rev.
