Josephine Ann Cathell, 82, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday Feb. 27, 2019 in the Valley Hospice Care Center in Steubenville, OH.

Josephine was born March 19, 1936 in Steubenville, daughter of the late John Henry and Anna Margaret (Swartz) Sembar.

She was retired from Minelli's Restaurant in Columbus, OH, where she worked as a waitress for 40 yrs.

Josephine was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto. She was a 1954 graduate of Toronto High School, she loved to garden, and she was an avid Ohio State Buckeye fan.

In addition to her parents, Josephine was preceded in death by her brother, John Sembar.

Surviving is her sister, Catherine Warren of Toronto and several nieces and nephews.

Josephine wishes were to be cremated and her burial will be held at the convenience of her family. Her arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
