Obituary
Joyce L. (Daugherty-Gill) Urban, 72 of Weirton, WV, passed away Monday, July 24, 2017 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.
Joyce was born July 24, 1945 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Roy and Mary (Stackhouse) Daugherty.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles W. Gill, Jr.; her son, Kent Gill; her brother, Roy Daugherty; her two sisters, Peg Vinburg and Betty Dahlem.
Joyce leaves behind her husband, Richard K. Urban whom she married July 9, 1999; her daughter, Shelly (Joe) Tenaglio; her step-daughter, Lisa (Keith) Hickman; her four grandchildren, Katie (Andrew Fleming) Tretow, Rachel (Greg Moodie) Tretow, Myles Hickman and Logan Hickman; her brother, Donald (Phyllis) Daugherty.
Services for Joyce will be private and her burial will be held at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
