Joyce Ann Mehl, 72, of Toronto, OH, passed away Tuesday, Sept. 15, 2020 at her home.

Joyce was born July 13, 1948 in Baltimore, MD, daughter of the late Wilbur and Mary Virginia (Connelly) Johnson.

She was a former receptionist with an Acura Dealership in Ellicott City, MD.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Nancy Lee Robinson and her stepdaughter, Kristine Reed.

Joyce leaves behind her husband, John J. Mehl, Jr., whom she married July 27, 2007; her two sons, Rob (Vera) Fendley and John (Heather) Fendley both of Baltimore, MD; her sister, Marge (Butch) Moore of Baltimore; two stepsons, John J. (Shelley) Mehl, III of Fairfield, PA and Thomas J. (Wendy) Mehl of Clinton, MS; stepson-in-law, Michael Bub Reed of Toronto; thirteen grandchildren, Ashlynn, Addison, Alyssa, Steven, Steffanie, Emma, John, Ava, Kathryn, Casey, Megan, Kelsie and Lexie.

Family and friends will be received Friday, Sept. 18 from 12 noon to 1 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto followed by her funeral service at 1 PM. Dana Campbell will officiate and burial will follow in the Sugar Grove Cemetery in Toronto.
