Joyce (Sheets) Starr, 75, of Stratton, OH, passed away Saturday, March 3, 2018 in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH. She was a loving wife, mother, NaNa and sister.

Joyce was born Nov. 28, 1942 daughter of the late, Charles and Elizabeth (Miles) Sheets.

She was formerly employed at Denmarks and worked as an EMT in Toronto, Steubenville and Trenton, OH. She retired from Meijer in Middletown, OH.

In addition to her parents, Joyce was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Grimm.

Joyce leaves behind her best friend and husband of 60 years, Larry Lynn Starr; her two sons, Larry (Carol) Starr and John (Debi) Starr; her daughter, Leann (Doug) Lehman; her seven grandchildren, Megan Starr, Mallory (Josh) DeVore, Dr. Meredith Starr, DO, Deidra Starr, Tiffany (Rudy) Basham, Danielle (Brian) DiBacco and Lauren (Joseph) Morgan; her six great-grandchildren; her sister, Charlene McCue and her brother, Butch (Pam) Sheets.

Services for Joyce are private and will be held at the convenience of her family. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
