Judith C. "Judy" Hale, 66, of Toronto, passed away Saturday, December 19, 2009 at her home.Judy was born on Sept. 11, 1943 in Empire, OH, daughter of the late Myrtle (Rudder) McDaniel Miller and her step-father Glenn Miller.Judy was a member of the Empire United Methodist Church where she served on the board.In addition to her parents Judy was preceded in death by her sister Shirley Bodnar.Judy is survived by her husband, John William "Bill" Hale of home whom she married on Sept. 30, 1961; her daughter Annette (Jack) Ellerhorst of Amelia, OH; her son John (Teri) Hale of Aurora, OH; her sister Sandra (Bill) Ziklo of Wintersville, OH; her brother Tom (Paula) Miller of Coral Springs, FL; and her 4 grandchildren.Visitation for Judy will be held today, Sunday, December 20 from 1-3 and 6-8pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH where her funeral service will be held on Monday at 11am with the Rev. Al Talkington officiating.
