Karen E. (Yoho) Bates, 57, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, July 23, 2020 at her home.

Karen was born April 10, 1963 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Raymond Yoho and Linda (Sheets) Grimm.

She was a former cashier/clerk at Walmart in Steubenville.

In addition to her parents, Karen was preceded in death by her brother, Sam Ward.

Karen leaves behind her daughters, Jennifer Yoho and Nicole Porter, both of Toronto; her sons, Bruce Bates of E. Liverpool, OH and Steven Bates of Toronto; her husband, Bruce Bates of Toronto; her grandchildren, Jacob, Taylor, Kyle, Ryan, Gemma, Emberlyn, Alaynah and Xavier; her sister, Robin (Steve) McCoy and her brother, Charles Lucky Ward, both of Toronto.

Karens wishes were to be cremated with no services observed. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
