Obituary
Karen Joy (Moore) Tolman, 71, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Tuesday Sept. 17, 2019 in Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.
Karen was born June 29, 1948 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Floyd Lee and Betty (Baker) Moore, Sr.
She retired as an inspector with the Homer Laughlin China Co. in Newell, WV.
Karen is survived by her husband, Robert M. Tolman, whom she married Feb. 1, 1969; her son, Erick R. Tolman of Pittsburgh, PA; her brother, Floyd Lee (Bonnie) Moore of Steubenville and Bret C. Cole of Pittsburgh, PA.
Karens wishes were to be cremated with services to be held at the convenience of her family. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
