Katharyn A. "Kathy" Laizure, 49, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Monday April 13, 2009 in the Dixon Health Care Center in Wintersville.Kathy was born Dec. 4, 1959 in Steubenville, daughter of Doris Maffett Fagan of Toronto, who survives and the late Jay B. Fagan, who passed away in 1959. Kathy was a homemaker and was formerly employed at Naples Spaghetti House in Steubenville. She is a member of the North River Ave. Christian Church in Toronto.In Addition to her father, Kathy was preceded in death by her husband Richard L. "Rich" Laizure on Jan. 18th of this year and her brother Fred Fagan in 1987. Surviving in addition to her mother Doris are her two children, Cassie and Patrick Laizure both of Steubenville and her two sisters, Debbie Mousourakis of Follansbee and Wendy (John) James of Surprise, AZ. Family and friends may call on Wednesday evening from 6:00 to 8:30 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc., 701 Findley St. Toronto, where a Memorial Service will be held on Thursday morning at 11:00 am. Rev.
