Kathryn Jean Kay Murray, 70, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday June 14, 2015 in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Kay was born Dec. 31, 1944 in Steubenville, daughter of the late Martin Patrick and Vera Jean (Cich) Murray.

Kay retired after 30 years of service working for the Jefferson Co. Auditor and Treasurers office as a supervisor. After her retirement, she worked for the Kwik King Stores in Toronto, OH.

She was a member of St. Francis Roman Catholic Church in Toronto and the C.W.C. She attended St. Francis Central School until 1958 and was a 1962 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School.

Kay is survived by her sister, Marlene A. (Regis) Mehalko or Toronto; her two brothers, John W. (Mary) Murray of Steubenville and James M. (Kay) Murray of Perrysburg, OH; two nieces, Kaylyn Skidmore of Weirton, WV and Andrea (Jeff) Romey of Toronto; one nephew, Martin P. Murray of Perrysburg, OH.

Visitation for Kay will be held on Thursday June 18, 2015 from 5-9 pm at the

J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc. 701 Findley St. in Toronto. Additional visitation will take place on Friday at St. Francis Catholic Church on Findley St. in Toronto, from 9:15 am til time of Kays Funeral Liturgy with Mass at 10 am. Father Thomas Vennitti will celebrate her Mass and burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.

Vigil Service will be held at 5 pm Thursday.
