Kelly R. Jones, 67, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Hazard, KY, passed away peacefully, Thursday, January 29, 2015 at his home.

Kelly was born July 31, 1947 in Hazard, KY, son of the late Carl and Sylvania Noble Jones.

He was a retired Coal Miner having worked with ICG Coal Co. and he was a Jehovah Witness.

Kelly is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara McCoy Jones of Steubenville; his daughter, Patricia Lee and Lonnie Doug Fields of Cadiz, OH; his son-in-law, Bill (Danielle) Johnson and grandson Austin Tyler Johnson of Hazard; his granddaughters, Katilyn Mae, Emalee Rae and Laci Jewel Fields all of Cadiz; three brothers, JB Costie Jones, Chester Check (Kathy) Jones and Denver (Heather) Jones all of Hazard; four sisters, Ruth Marie Combs (Jack) of Hindman, KY, Jeanette Miller of Lexington, KY, Marge (Billy) Edwards and Geraldine Combs, both of Hazard and his sister-in-law, Helen Jones of Hazard.

In addition to his parents, Kelly was preceded in death by his daughter, Angela Rae Johnson; his brother, Carl Jones, Jr.; sister, Mary Alice Napier and sister-in-law, Ruby Jones.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, Feb. 7 at 12 noon at the Kingdom Hall in Wintersville, OH. Kellys arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH. Condolences may be offered on our website www.jefosterfh.com.
