Obituary
Kenneth R. "Chief" Humpe, 63, proud father and mechanic, of Toronto, OH, passed away Friday Aug. 2, 2024, in the Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.
Ken was born Dec. 14, 1960, in Steubenville, OH, son of the late John and Shirley (Ziklo) Humpe.
Ken worked as a mechanic and auto body repairman most of his life. He was also a 1979 graduate of Steubenville Catholic Central High School.
He is survived by two sons, Kenny (Niki) Humpe, Jr. of Toronto, and John (Heather) Gillette of Pittsburgh, PA; granddaughter, Ila Gillette; two sisters, Sharlene (Roger) Stewart and Cindy (Rick) Vines and two brothers, John (Brenda) Humpe and Greg Humpe all of Bloomingdale, OH.
Kens wishes were to be cremated, with no public services at this time.
His arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Toronto. www.jefosterfh.com
