Kimberly Michelle Jackson, 36, formerly of Steubenville, OH, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2014. Kimberly was the victim of a sudden flash flood in Greenville, SC. She leaves behind her mother, Lisa Mason and her father, Kevin Mason and a host of loving relatives and friends. There will be no services.J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH is assisting the family and condolences may be offered to the family on our website www.jefosterfh.com.
