Leah R. (Board) Reese, 73, of Empire, OH, passed away Tuesday June 2, 2026, in the Valley Hospice Care Center North in Steubenville, OH.

Leah was born July 2, 1952, in East Liverpool, OH, daughter of Harlan and Barbara (Coil) Board. She was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth Board.

Leah leaves behind her husband, Keith A. Reese; parents, Harlan and Barbara Board of Hammondsville, OH; son, Aaron (Cindy) Reese of Empire, OH; two daughters, Marianne Husted and Breanne Husted of Empire; grandson Levi Hoffmaster of Empire; twin brother, Lynn (Barbara) Board of MI, and sister, Cindy Hours of Hammondsville, OH.

In accordance with Leah’s wishes, she will be cremated and no public services will be held. Arrangements are being handled by the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
