Loretta Lee Bertram, 71, of Toronto, OH passed away Friday, March 20, 2015 in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH surrounded by her family.

She was born Sept. 7, 1943 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Dorothy Wells.

Loretta was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Toronto; she was retired from Country Club Manor where she worked as a restorative aid.

She was a 1962 graduate of Weir High, former volunteer dispatcher for TEMS Ambulance of Toronto, former Woman of the Year within the Toronto Junior Civic Club and she was very involved with Toronto Girls Softball over the years her daughters played.

Loretta was preceded in death by her mother, her grandmother, Lela Wells, her nephew, David Winters and her Aunt Hazel Peterson.

She leaves behind her husband, Robert Lee Bertram whom she married July 10, 1965; her daughters, Rhonda Lee Bertram Kelly of Westerville, OH and Jodi Lee Bertram Smathers of Pickerington, OH; her son, Robert Lee Bertram, Jr. of Reynoldsburg, OH; her many loving grandchildren; sister-in-law, Carol Winters of Westerville and brother-in-law, William Bertram of Steubenville.

Visitation and funeral services will both be held on Monday, March 23 with visiting hours from 11 am til the time of her funeral service at 1 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Rev. Mike Bongart will officiate the service and her burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.

Her family would like to thank the Doctors and Staff of the CardioVascular ICU at Trinity West for all their care and compassion during Lorettas stay.
