Louise Shepherd, 89, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday Oct. 2, 2014 at her home.

Louise was born May 31, 1925 in Canton, OH, daughter of the late Stewart and Alice Stucki Pendleton.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Toronto First Presbyterian Church where she was also a member of the Elizabeth Circle.

In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bob Shepherd in 2001 and by her two brothers, Darrell and Harry Pendleton.

Surviving is her daughter, Linda M. Applegarth of Toronto; her grandson, Nick (Paulette) Applegarth of Toronto; her four great-grandchildren Gage, Shanna, Dayna and Kaylee.

Visitation for Louise will be held on Sunday from 5-7 pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home 701 Findley St. in Toronto, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 11 am. Rev. Michael Bongart will officiate her service and burial will follow in Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.

Memorial donations may be made in Louises memory to Charity Hospice 500 Luray Drive Wintersville, OH 43953.
