Madeline Kaye Fowler, lovingly known as “Maddie,” 2 months old, of Toronto, OH, was born on August 13, 2026, at UPMC Magee-Women’s Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to Miranda Belle (Miller) Fowler and Lucas James Fowler. She passed away unexpectedly at home on November 3, 2026.

In addition to her loving parents, Madeline leaves behind her beloved big sister, Olivia Grace Fowler; grandparents, Michael (Carrie) Miller and Karrie Fowler; great-grandparents, Teresa Miller, Wade (Melissa) Rowley, and Lois Fowler; and great-great-grandfather, Willard Rowley.

She is also survived by her uncles, Drew (Hannah Cook) Fowler and Brian (Miranda Parr) Miller; her aunt, Lily Fowler; her cousin, whom she lovingly called her aunt, Jessica Schultz; cousin Julie (Jake) Bendle; her beloved pets; and many great-aunts, great-uncles, and cousins who will forever cherish her memory.

Madeline was preceded in death by her grandfather, Beau J. Fowler, of Wolcott, New York; her great-grandfather, Larry V. Miller, of Steubenville, Ohio; and many other family members who would have loved her dearly.

Though her time with us was far too short, Madeline brought immeasurable love and happiness into the lives of those who knew her. She was just beginning to find her little laugh, a sound her family will forever long to hear. The memories of her tiny smiles, precious moments, and the love she brought into this world will remain in our hearts forever.

Though she was only here for a short time, she will be loved for a lifetime.
