Obituary
Margaret L. Peggy (Allen) Peckins, 71, of Wintersville, OH, passed away Sunday, June 25, 2023 at her home.
Peggy was born March 26, 1952 in Steubenville, OH, daughter of the late Herman and Emma Jean (McTheny) Allen. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Terry Peckins.
Peggy leaves behind two sons, John (Vanessa) Marker of Wintersville, and Mike Rex and granddaughter, Caitlyn Rex, of Steubeville; sister, Susan King of Toronto, OH, and brother, David Allen of Florida.
Peggys wishes were to be cremated with inurnment in the Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
