Marilyn L. Stevenson 78, of Toronto, Ohio passed away Thursday Dec. 8, 2005 in the Valley Hospice Palliative Care Center in Steubenville. She was born May 11, 1927 in Empire, Ohio; daughter of the late Henry and Mary Griffith Bray. She was a Homemaker, a member of the 1st. United Methodist Church in Toronto, the Faith Fellowship of the church, Toronto Eastern Stars # 215, White Shrine, and the LIDRAMU club of Toronto . In addition to her parents, Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband William Stevenson, who passed away on Sept. 10, 1998. Surviving are; her two daughters, Rosemary ( Sam) Dorff of Johnstown, Ohio, Marilyn ( Jeff ) Roush of Bloomingdale, Ohio. Her sister, Margaret Virginia ( Joseph ) Blaschalk of Mingo Jct., Ohio. Five Grandchildren, Holly ( Todd ) Piper, Ryan Dorff, Meredith Roush, Alison Roush, and Lauren Roush. 2 Great-Grandsons, Riley and Nolen Piper. For the last six months Marilyn has been cared for by her loving Granddaughter Meredith. Friends and family may call on Saturday Dec. 10, 2005 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. at the J. E. FOSTER FUNERAL HOME, INC. 701 Findley St. Toronto; where funeral services will be held on Sunday at 2:00 pm. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate her services.
