Martha Cook, 89 of Smithfield, Ohio passed away Tuesday Oct. 25, 2005 in Trinity Medical Center West. Martha was born March 3, 1916 in Dillonvale, daughter of the late Fred and Josephine Opatt Kollar. She was a Homemaker, operated her roadside retail fruit and vegetable stand at her home for over 50 years; and also sold eggs for many years. She was past president of the Smithfield Garden Club and was Methodist by faith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George S. Cook Sr. in Feb. of 1994, her sister, Madge Cullen, and three brothers, Frank, Joseph, and Edward Kollar. Surviving are her Son; George S. and wife Barbara Pesta Cook Jr. of Smithfield, Grand-niece Tracey Fleming of Columbus, Ohio whom she raised. Friends and family may call on Thursday morning from 11:00 am. up til time of Martha's Funeral Service which will be at 1:00 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield. Rev.
