Mary E. Courtright, 69, of Brilliant, OH, passed away Friday May 14, 2021, in Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Mary was born Feb. 29, 1952, in Cleveland, OH, daughter of the late William Russell and Doris E. (Corral) Courtright.

She was a member of the Wounded Warriors Project, The USO and the Disabled American Veterans Assoc.

Mary served her country in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.

In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by two brothers, Gary R. Courtright and Joseph Stumpf, and a special friend, Lynn Edmondson.

Surviving are her sisters-in-law, Jenny L. Courtright of Smithfield, OH and Cheryl Stumpf of Macedonia, OH; lifelong friend Carol Pietranton of Brilliant; niece Rebecca Nedelka of Aurora, OH, and great nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will gather Saturday, June 26 at 1 PM at the Northern Cemetery in Smithfield, OH for a graveside service. Military Honors will be provided by the American Legion.
