Mary J. Kelley, 82, of East Springfield, OH, passed away at her home Thursday, January 5, 2012 surrounded by her loving family.Mary was born May 23, 1929 in Mayo County Ireland, daughter of the late Michael and Julia Gaughan Deane. Mary was a homemaker and a Catholic by faith. During the Korean War, Mary worked as a Nurses Aid in England, where she met her future husband Glenn, who was stationed in England at the time.In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband Glenn, who passed away on Sept. 26, 2011 and by her son Michael.Surviving are her children, son Paul R. Kelley of Wintersville, OH; daughters, Anna Marie (Jim) Monogioudis of Yorkville, OH, Glenda (Albert) Foglietti of Las Vegas, NV, Kathleen Keenan of East Springfield, OH, and Lisa Costlow of Wintersville, OH; two sisters, Kathleen Lally of Ireland, and Delia Pike of England. Mary is also survived by 21 grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Family and friends are invited to attend Mary's funeral service at 12 noon on Monday, January 9, 2012 at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. There will be no visitation.
