Mary Polivka Kovarik 97 of Co. Rd. 15 Rayland, Ohio died Thursday Dec. 9, 2004 in East Ohio Regional Hosp. in Martins Ferry. Mary was born Oct. 3, 1907 in Czechoslovakia, daughter of the late John and Betty CechPolivka. Mary was a Protestant by faith and was a Homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by; her Husband, Andrew in 1978 and by two Brothers, John and Oscar Polivka and by two Sisters, Blanche Pavlovic and Jenny Schiffner. Mary is survived by; her Son Robert Kovarik of Rayland, Ohio. Friends and Family may call on Sunday 1-3 pm.and 6-8 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where Funeral Services will be held on Monday at 11:00 am. Rev.
