Mary Lou Neeper, 86, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, April 21, 2016 in her home surrounded by her family.

Mary Lou was born May 10, 1929 in Youngstown, OH, daughter of the late William and Vera (Zeigler) Farrell.

She was a member of First Westminster Presbyterian Church in Steubenville, OH and she was a Volunteer with Valley Hospice for 15 years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert T. Bob Neeper, Sr. who passed in 2008, her son, Robert T. Neeper, Jr. and her brother, William Farrell.

Mary Lou leaves behind her daughters, Lou Enn Fogel of Sunbury, OH and Patricia (Mike) Halligan of Toronto, her son Joe (Sherry) Neeper of Toronto; her nine grandchildren, Jennifer Furbee, Eric Kutchmark, Mike and Matt Halligan, Melissa Trimmer, Megan Provenzano and Justin Neeper, Tera Newbold and Amy Faulkner; sixteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

Visitation for Mary Lou will be held on Monday, April 25 from 4-8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating and burial will follow in Toronto Union Cemetery.
