Mildred Elaine (Grula) Romey, 98, of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday Nov. 27, 2024, in Weirton Medical Center in Weirton, WV.

Mildred was born Jan. 5, 1926, in Toronto, daughter of the late Adam and Mary (Suzo) Grula.

She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Toronto.

In addition to her parents, Mildred was preceded in death by her husband, Paul T. Romey, Sr., six sisters and two brothers.

Surviving are her four sons, Paul T. (Laureen) Romey, Jr. of East Springfield, OH, Mark (Cydney) Romey of Amsterdam, OH, Ronald (Rhonda) Romey of Richmond, OH, and Gerard (Tiny) Romey of New Freedom, PA; 13 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren.

In following Mildred's wishes, cremation will take place with a private service at the Island Creek Cemetery in Toronto.
