Myron A. Peckens, 55, of Steubenville, OH, formerly of Toronto, OH, passed away Wednesday Feb. 25, 2026, at Sienna Hills Nursing and Rehab in Adena, OH.

Myron was born November 29, 1970, in Steubenville, son of the late Louanna (Howett) Peckens and Wayne T. Peckens, who survives. He was also preceded in death by his brother Mark and his maternal and paternal grandparents.

Previously, Myron worked in inventory at WSI International. He graduated from Toronto High School in 1990 and had continued to follow the Red Knights. He was also a fan of the Michigan Wolverines and Pittsburgh Steelers.

Surviving is his father, Wayne of Toronto; four children, Alexandrea Peckens (fiancé Kyle Glasure) of Steubenville, Sianna, Saige, and Mila Peckens all of New Hampshire; two sisters, Marcie Peckens of Austintown, OH, and Mekala Peckens of Toronto; one brother, Marty (Amy) Peckens of Toronto; two grandsons, Grayson and Atlas Glasure of Steubenville.

Myron will be cremated, and no public services will be held. Arrangements have been entrusted to J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. The family kindly requests that monetary donations be directed to the funeral home to assist with expenses. www.jefosterfh.com
