Nancy L. (Wiley) Cooley, 50 of Rayland, Ohio passed away suddenly Sat. Nov. 10, 2012 in East Ohio Regional Hospital ER. Nancy was born May 19, 1962 in Steubenville, daughter of Ernestine Vandruff Wiley of Brilliant, who survives and the late Gilbert Wiley. Nancy was a former nurse's aide and was a member of the Hopewell Methodist Church. In addition to her father Nancy was preceded in death by her grandson Braiden Cooley-Pensis, maternal and paternal grandparents and by an infant nephew.Surviving are her daughter Crystal Cooley, grandson Jacob Terrill and granddaughter Lexus Pensis all of home, Her mother Ernestine Wiley, brothers and sisters, Gilbert (Susie) Wiley New Middletown, Oh., Vickey Saber of Bridgeport, Virginia (Tim) Singleton of Rayland, Paula (Michael) Hudson of Bluefield, Va. and George (Amanda) Wiley of PA. Also 5 nieces, 9 nephews, aunts and uncles. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday Nov. 14, 2012 at 1:00pm at the Hopewell Methodist Church. Rev. James Hoff will provide the service for Nancy and burial will be at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are in the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc.
