Obituary
Nancy Louise Reed, 62, of Rayland, OH, passed away Thursday Feb. 6, 2020, in the Wheeling Hospital in Wheeling, WV.
Nancy was born Nov. 28, 1957 in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late Thomas and Barbara (Pritchett) Russell.
She was a homemaker and a former Avon Representative.
Nancy is survived by her husband Fred Allen Reed, whom she married on Jan. 14, 1977; her two sons, Russell Reed of Rayland and Dustin Reed of Yorkville, OH;
her sister, Carol (Guy) Nestor of Rayland; her brother, Thomas (Mary Ann) Russell of Tiltonsville, OH; three nieces and three nephews.
Nancys wishes were to be cremated. Burial will be held at the convenience of her family. Arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH. www.jefosterfh.com
