Nancy L. Starr, 61 of Toronto, Ohio passed away Wednesday Feb. 13, 2008 in Trinity Medical Center West. Nancy was born November 25, 1946 in Steubenville, daughter of Louis and Marie (Rethage) McGrath. Nancy was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Toronto, she was previously employed as a cook for Edison Schools and also Lancia Nursing Home in Steubenville. When she wasn't cooking she was a homemaker, a Tupperware saleslady and she had a love for playing bingo. Nancy was also a loving wife, mother and grandmother.Nancy was preceded in death by her father, Louis. In addition to her mother, Marie, Nancy is survived by her husband, Johnnie of home whom she married on May 1, 1965; three sons, Jim and his wife Candie of Kingston Springs, TN, Dennis and his wife Penny of Clarksville, TN, Frank and his wife Rebecca of Toronto, OH; six grandchildren, Justin, Rachael, Ashley, Jason, Jessica and Jeremy; one sister, Cathy Honey' and her husband Bob Samuel of Toronto; two brothers, Bob and his wife Jennette McGrath of Olmstead Falls, OH, Mickey and his wife Amy McGrath of Toronto.Visitation for Nancy will be held on Sunday, February 17 from 12-2 and 6-8pm at the J. E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto. Nancy's funeral service will be held on Monday, February 18 at 2pm at the funeral home with the Rev. Kevin Rinkes officiating.
