Obituary
Nora R. Shreves (Grammy) 74 of Rayland, OH, passed away July 20th 2014 at home surrounded by family. Nora was proceeded in death by parents Laymon and Dolly Speece, brothers Oscar Burl, McKindley Ross and Brady Speece, sisters Mabel Ellen, Carrie Belle and Shirley Ann. Proceeded in death also by her two baby boys Laymon and Damien. She is survived by brothers James Darrell, Donald Eugene, Walter Dale and Dorothy Mae her sister; her children are Victor Shreves, James Richter, Brady Richter, Robert Richter, and Rebecca Richter. She has several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Nora was known and loved by many as 'Grammy' and she will be forever missed and loved.
