Obituary
Norma Jean (Smith) Taylor, 81, of Steubenville, OH, passed away at the home of her daughter, Betty Peters.
Norma was born June 20, 1939 in Lisbon, OH, daughter of the late Ralph and Elizabeth June Betty (Bennington) Smith.
In addition to her parents, Norma was preceded in death by her husband, Junior Taylor in 1994.
Surviving are her daughters, Janet Taylor Hammer of Wintersville, OH, and Betty Peters, with whom she resided in Steubenville; her son, Steven (Joni) Taylor of Pomfret, MD; 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Normas wishes were to be cremated and placed with her husband in the Fort Steuben Burial Estates in Wintersville, OH. Her arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
