Owney E. Roe, of Bradley, Ohio went into the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on November 21, 2008 at 9:45 am., at East Ohio Regional Hospital in Martins Ferry, Ohio.Owney was the daughter of the late Earvy and Marie Bucy Roe. She was a retired cook, working at the Jefferson Co. Jail for 12 years. She was a member of the Riddles Run House of Prayer. In addition to her parents, Owney was preceded in death by six brothers and two sisters. Surviving are two sons, Dawson (Sharon) Roe and Jack (Anna) Roe. One daughter Helen (Paul) Greene. Seven Grandchildren and Ten great-grandchildren.Friends and family may call on Monday 4:00 pm. to 8:00 pm., at the J.E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc. 107 Hill St. Smithfield; where funeral services will be held on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Reverend Jack Jackson from the Riddles Run House of Prayer will officiate the service.
