Pamela (Neely) Carducci, 67, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Monday, July 28, 2014 at her home. Pam was born June 10, 1947 in Martins Ferry, OH, daughter of the late Richard and Thelma (Harkins) Neely. She was a member and a Deaconess of the Smithfield Christian Church. In addition to her parents, Pam was preceded in death by her brother Larry Neely. Pam leaves behind her husband James P. Carducci of home; her son Kris (Jeannine) Carducci of Marysville, OH; her brother Dennis Neely of Smithfield and her aunt Mildred Morelli of Wintersville, OH. Visitation for Pam will be held Thursday, July 31 from 3-7 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home 107 Hill St. in Smithfield. Funeral Services will be held on Friday at 11 am at the funeral home with Rev. Wilford Simeral officiating. Burial will follow in New Alexandria Cemetery in New Alexandria, OH.
