Patricia E. Ferrell, 83, of Toronto, OH, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2024, in the Lancia Villa Vista in Steubenville, OH.

Pat was born February 27, 1941, in Harrisville, OH, daughter of the late Emerson and Lois (Woods) Baldwin.

She was a graduate of Wintersville High School, Methodist by faith, and a homemaker. In her early years Pat worked for the Social Security Administration in Steubenville.

Pat loved to go shopping and quilting, she was a regular for many years in the Quilters Guild at the Toronto Presbyterian Church. She also loved watching her children and grandchildren play sports, traveling, and spending time with her dogs.

In addition to her parents, Pat was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald E. Ferrell (2009), granddaughter Jada Mallory, and grandson Kaden Bauswell.

Pat leaves behind her children, daughters Kimberly (Bobby) Hernandez of Kansas City, KS, Cindy Mallory of Wintersville, OH, sons Ron (Kristy) Ferrell of Amsterdam, OH and Mark Ferrell (companion Jessica Maynard) of Toronto; brother, David Baldwin of Clearwater, FL; 14 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6 from 1 PM to 4 PM at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto with a service to follow at 4 PM. Rev. Kevin Rinkes will officiate, and burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
