Patricia L. (Rusiecki) McHugh, 79, of Smithfield, OH, passed away Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 at Trinity West Hospital in Steubenville, OH.

Pat was born Sept. 1, 1938 in Dillonvale, OH, daughter of the late Pete and Mary (Kostecka) Rusiecki.

She was a member of Our Lady Queen of Peace Catholic Church in Smithfield until it closed and she was a former clerk at the Vend-It Store in Smithfield.

Pat is survived by her husband of 58 years, William D. Bill McHugh, whom she married Aug. 8, 1959; her children, Don McHugh, Melissa (Dean) Headley and Amy Allen all of Hilliard, OH and Dennis McHugh of Columbus, OH; her sister, Gerri (Stanley) Markowski of Miami, FL. She cherished time with her six grandchildren, Kailey, Cameron and Keaton Headley, Matthew, Sydney and Dylan Allen.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday, Feb. 28 from 4 8 pm at the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Smithfield, OH where her Funeral Service will be held on Thursday at 10 am. Msgr. John Kolesar will officiate and her burial will follow in Holly Memorial Gardens in Pleasant Grove, OH.
