Patricia M. Sumrow, 91, of Toronto, OH, passed away on Tuesday Aug. 18, 2026, in the Trinity Medical Center West in Steubenville, OH.

Patricia was born on November 19, 1934, in Victoria, TX, daughter of the late Frank and Otylie (Psencik) Pagel.

Patricia was a devoted homemaker and loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

She is survived by her husband of 75 years, William Sumrow; two sons, James of Madison, OH, and John of Dalhart, TX; two daughters, Susan Beaver of Calcutta, OH, and Deborah (John) Sciance of Toronto, along with several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, she will be cremated and no services will be held. Arrangements are under the care of J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
