Patrick W. Kelley Sr., 53, of Brilliant, Ohio passed away Saturday Jan. 10, 2009 in the Kindred Hospital after an extended illness surrounded by his family.Pat was born was born July 18, 1955 in Steubenville, son of the late Orrville and Martha Triplett Kelley Sr. Pat retired as a Sgt. in the U.S. Army after serving for 21 years. He is a member of the Meadowbrook Church of God in Rayland and the Smithfield American Legion Post # 396. Pat is survived by a daughter Heather (Ryan) Caldwell of Smithfield, a Son Patrick W. Kelley Jr., of Brilliant, two sisters, Cindy Parrish and Linda (Bill) Reed both of Follansbee and a brother Orrville Kelley Jr., of Rush Run. Two Grandchildren Dallas and Maylee Kelley and many nieces and nephews.Friends and family may call Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm. at the J. E. Foster Funeral Homes, Inc., 107 Hill St. Smithfield, Ohio; where Services will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am. Rev. Marvin Schooler will officiate the Service and burial will follow in Northern Cemetery in Smithfield.
