Obituary
Patsy Eugene Peters, 58, of Steubenville, OH, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2016 at his home.
Patsy was born Oct. 10, 1958 in Steubenville, son of the late Edward J. and Helen (DellaPenna) Peters.
He was recently retired from the Jefferson Co. Engineering Dept. where he worked as a laborer.
Patsy leaves behind his wife, Betty V. (Taylor) Peters whom he married Oct. 23, 1987; his three children, Corey Peters of Toronto, OH, Scott Peters of Weirton, WV and Casey (Andrew) Gringle of Yorkville, OH; his two grandchildren, Kamden Michael Peters and Briella Elizabeth Gringle.
Patsy wished there to be no public services observed. Betty and her family welcome any visitors that would like to stop by or call. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto, OH.
