Paul E. Butcher, 66, of Toronto, OH, passed away Sunday, June 16, 2019 in Trinity West in Steubenville, OH.

Paul was born April 10, 1953 in Steubenville, son of the late Stanley and Agnes Kearns Butcher. He was a Veteran of the US Air Force.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Robert and Mark and sisters, June Evangelista and Marjorie Butcher.

Paul leaves behind his daughter, Amy (Jason) Zanieski of Weirton, WV; his siblings, Kathleen Sivert, Susan Goulding, Tim and David Butcher, Lisa Salas, Laura Stone and Todd Butcher.

Paul will be laid to rest in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date. His arrangements are in the care of the J.E. Foster Funeral Home in Toronto.
